NEW MILLENNIUM
CONTRIBUTION CAMPAIGN
for the
NEAA DONOR ADVISED FUND

When you look at your hale and hearty Norwegian Elkhound, it is hard to imagine one ravaged by cataracts, heart disease, or even epilepsy - disorders clearly evident in many other breeds of dogs. For that reason, we would like to introduce the NEAA Donor Advised Fund NEW MILLENNIUM CONTRIBUTION CAMPAIGN.

Ø Whether you are comfortable giving a tax-deductible gift of $10, $25, $50, or more, all donors will receive a Patron certificate acknowledging their contribution.

Ø In appreciation of your contribution of $50 or more, you will receive FutureDog Breeding for Genetic Soundness, which we know will become a valuable addition to your canine library, and a certificate as a Silver Patron. The book — published by the AKC Canine Health Foundation — features easy to understand keys to improving the genetics of purebred dogs.

Ø If you can be more generous, a gift of $100 or more will earn you a certificate as a Gold Patron. A gift of $500 or more will earn you our most prominent certificate, that of a Platinum Patron.

Ø Donations to the AKC Canine Health Foundation, an IRS 501(c)(3) charitable organization, are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.

Ø Gifts will be acknowledged by Patron category in the NE News with a Patron certificate issued once the AKC Canine Health Foundation acknowledges all donors in a gift report (for reasons of privacy, donors my elect to remain anonymous).

Your generous support, whether a gift of $10, $25, $50 or more, is absolutely critical to helping us reach those goals.

ü Complete the donation form for the NEAA Donor Advised Fund and return it to the AKC Canine Health Foundation with your tax-deductible contribution.

A fund-raising goal of $20,000 within the next one-two years is the objective of the New Millennium Contribution Campaign proposed by the NEAA Canine Health and Research Committee.  While the amount of the donation ($10, $25, $50 or more) may vary based on the individual, an average donation of just $50 from 400 individuals would meet the goal.
